We promise value, cultural understanding, and credible partnership for organizations advancing Indigenous reconciliation and interests.
Our Process.
Step 1
Discovery and Alignment.
We begin by getting to know you — your organization, audience, objectives, stakeholders, sensitivities, and compliance requirements. We review any existing plans, research, footage, and brand requirements and ensure that everyone agrees, before production begins, on the definition of success..
Step 2
Planning and Pre-Production.
We translate the objective into a production approach, identifying participants, messages, formats, and channels, with an eye squarely on legal, cultural, brand, and stakeholder considerations. From there, we manage research, interviews, schedules, crews, locations, releases, safety, and logistics.
Step 3
Production and Editorial.
We manage production from arrival through wrap, conducting interviews, capturing supporting footage, and creating a professional and respectful environment for everyone involved. Our broadcast experience means we have a keen eye for authentic responses and moments that will land.
From there, we identify the strongest material and begin to shape a coherent story, assembling editing, sound, graphics, music, captions and colour, all informed by the critical communications objective.
Step 4
Review and Approval.
You review our work through a centralized system with time-coded feedback, version tracking, and documented approvals. This creates one source of truth, reduces conflicting email chains, and crystallizes the approval history—which is particularly important for regulated or sensitive communications.
Step 5
Delivery and Continuity.
Final assets are prepared based on target platform, format, and language, then organized for easy access and future use. For ongoing clients, Parlay One preserves project knowledge and builds a growing communications asset library—making future productions faster and extending the value of captured material.
